‘Output 4’ - News (Orpheu de Jong & Marco Sterk) (NL)
News is an interdisciplinary art and design studio run by Marco Sterk and Orpheu de Jong. Coming from a variety of backgrounds like graphic design, motion graphics and video art, Sterk and de Jong worked on numerous projects in the broad spectrum between art and design since they formed News in 2004. One aspect of their work is an ongoing series of video-installations called the "Output" series. After having completed Output 1, 2 and 3, News has been invited to make Output 4 for SOCO Amsterdam. Like it's predecessors, Output 4 is a construction of image and text elements… telling a non-linear story within the context for which it is made.
